Alliance Health Center is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week. An individual may contact Alliance in any of the following ways:

Walk- in (no appointment is necessary).

Complete the request information form by clicking here. You will receive a follow-up call from the Admissions Department.
Referral sources may call for a Mobile Assessor to come to their site and conduct a free assessment. Please call 601.483.6211 or 1.877.853.3094 and ask for the Admissions Department.
