Programs

Whenever you call Alliance Health Center – 24 hours a day — our caring staff will give you the information you need for yourself or a family member. We are located in Meridian, MS and we offer transportation to and from the hospital if you are unable to transport yourself or your loved one. Our no-charge assessment provides:

• Immediate professional screening for psychiatric or chemical dependency
• Explanation of treatment program, including benefits, features and insurance verification
• Expedited admission through a staff psychiatrist - emergency admissions are accepted at all times

Adolescent Program

Adolescents age 12 - 18 suffering from depression, bipolar, anxiety, or other emotinal issues can benefit from our Adolescent Treatment Program. Our inpatient program for adolescents helps treat teens in an effort to stop depression, rebellion, and /or chemical dependency issues.

Adult Psychiatric Program

Treat moderate to severe mental disorders such as depression, bi-polar, severe anxiety and schizophrenia in two units. Each individualized program may include components such as group therapy, independent living skills, medication compliance, family therapy, activity therapy and stress management.

Geriatric “Milestones” Program for Seniors

Elderly patients exhibiting signs and symptoms of dementia, depression, paranoia and disruptive behavior at home or in a nursing home are the focus of the "Milestones" program. Our program offers help and assitance to the patient and his or her family through medication management, therapy, family education, coping skills, and after care recommendations.

Addiction Services

Alliance Health Center offers a full spectrum of services for the chemically dependent individual.  Medical detoxification is provided to safely detox a patient with minimal discomfort.  A dual diagnosis treatment program is offered for individuals experiencing addiction and behavioral/mental health disorders.  New Leaf Recovery is a partial hospitalization program with a 30 day lodging component where individuals can continue their sobriety in a private setting.  This program includes 20 hours a week of therapy to help patients discover the lives they truly want to lead.
